We offer all guests the ability to set personal limits on their participation in our members club activities. If you wish to take a break or restrict your access, please speak with our Guest Services Manager in confidence. We can arrange:
- Temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the members club
- Personal spending and time limits
- Cool-off periods at your request
- Signposting to external support organisations

Our Staff Training
All members of our entertainment team undergo regular, comprehensive training in responsible gaming practices.
