The Brookfield — Fine Dining
The Brookfield is the crown jewel of our culinary offering — an intimate, elegantly appointed dining room seating just 48 covers, where Executive Chef Marcus Ellroy and his team deliver an exceptional tasting menu inspired by the finest seasonal British produce.
Each dish is a thoughtful dialogue between classical French technique and contemporary British sensibility. The wine list, curated by our Master Sommelier, spans over 400 labels from prestigious estates across the world.

The terrace serves a seasonally rotating menu of lighter, Mediterranean-influenced dishes designed to complement the outdoor setting — ideal for relaxed lunches and convivial summer dinners beneath the stars.
